Do Not Forward - Copy and Paste if Necessary

Before you forward e-mail, ask yourself a few questions. Is this something the person will like? Does this person have time to read this e-mail? How will this person benefit from this e-mail? If you decide to send the e-mail, copy and paste instead of forwarding.

This will give your recipients two benefits. First, it will eliminate all the other e-mail addresses who received this e-mail before you. Second, it will keep all those unwanted symbols, such as >, from appearing in the new email.
