Before you forward e-mail, ask yourself a few questions. Is this something the person will like? Does this person have time to read this email? How will this person benefit from this email? If you decide to send the email, copy and paste the email instead of forwarding.

This will give your recipients two benefits. First, it will eliminate all the other email addresses who received this email before you. Second, it will keep all those unwanted symbols, such as >, from appearing in the new email.
